How do I buy tickets to a concert/show?

Tickets can be purchased at the Central Box Office located in the Lower Red Entrance of First National Bank Arena, by calling 870-972-ASU1 (2781), or online at tickets.astate.edu. For more information call the box office at 870-972-2781.

I bought tickets for an event, but found out I cannot attend. Can I return the tickets or get a refund?

All ticket sales are final. Sorry, no refunds or exchanges.

How many tickets can I purchase at one time?

Ticket Limits vary from show to show. For more information please contact the box office at 870-972-2781.

Do I have to buy a ticket for my infant/toddler?

The age limit for ticket purchase can vary from event to event. However, most events require that children age 2 & up have their own ticket. For details on a specific event contact the box office at 870-972-2781.

I ordered tickets online or by phone, but I have not received them. Where are they?

Tickets purchased online may be picked up at Will Call with photo identification the night of the event or you may come by the box office during regular office hours (Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.). The Will Call window is located in the Lower Red Entrance of First National Bank Arena. Where time allows, the mail out option is available. Please allow 7 business day for delivery by mail. You may also request that your tickets be emailed directly to you. Tickets normally arrive in your inbox within 5 minutes of the transaction.

I am attending a meeting, where do I go?

Most meetings at First National Bank Arena, are held in either Meeting Room A, Meeting Room B, or Meeting Room C. Collectively, these three rooms are known as the Hames Rooms, which are located just inside the Lower Red Entrance. Simply enter the building where two sets of double doors have signage for Administration and the Central Box Office. Just inside the entrance is the lobby, where signs will state where meetings are being held for the day. For more details, call (870) 972-3870.

What kind of concessions are available at First National Bank Arena?

First National Bank Arena has a wonderful concession stand and a number of specialty shops. During concerts and shows the concession stand serves all of your favorite snacks and Coke products.

May I bring in my own food and beverage?

Outside food or beverages may not be brought inside First National Bank Arena. Food or drinks, not purchased through one of our approved food services providers is prohibited.

Can I buy tickets the day of the concert or show?

If the concert or show you wish to attend has not sold out, tickets will be available for purchase the day of the show at the box office.

How do I get backstage passes?

First National Bank Arena does not give out backstage passes.

I work for the media, how do I get photo or media passes?

All media representatives should contact Kirsten Grimes, Director of Marketing, at 870-972-2236 no later than two weeks in advance of the concert or show.

I purchased tickets, but have physical limitations. Can I get special seating?

For visitors to First National Bank Arena with special needs, the building has ramp access between the Red and Yellow Entrances. Designated parking is located all around the building to provide access not only to the Red and Yellow Entrances, but the meeting rooms and Athletics. Special needs seating is available to all events in First National Bank Arena. Call the Central Box Office at 870-972-2781 for more information.

Does First National Bank Arena have an ATM machine?

For the convenience of our visitors, an ATM machine is located in the lobby of the Red Entrance near the men’s restroom.

Can I bring my camera or recording device?

Rules on flash photography vary by event. Flash photography (no telephoto lenses) is allowed from your seat, but you may not block the aisles to take pictures. As a general rule the use of video recording devices is strictly prohibited. Click here for a list of prohibited items.

What if my event is cancelled or postponed?

If for some reason the concert or show you planned to attend is cancelled, we will refund your ticket. If you purchased your ticket with a credit or debit card, the amount will be credited back to your account. If a concert or show is postponed we will honor tickets issued for the previous date/time.

Will I go through security to enter First National Bank Arena?

To ensure the safety of all at First National Bank Arena, there is a clear bag policy in place, and each guest is scanned upon entering the facility. It is suggested that guests arrive early to the event to avoid potentially missing the beginning of the show.

What do I need to know about Accessibility and/or parking?

For visitors to First National Bank Arena who require special needs for accessibility, the building has ramp access between the Red and Yellow Entrances. I have tickets at the Will Call window, where is it?

The Will Call window is located in the Lower Red Entrance of First National Bank Arena.

If I leave First National Bank Arena during an event, am I allowed to re-enter?

Once a guest leaves a concert or show at First National Bank Arena, they will not be allowed to re-enter.

Is smoking permitted in First National Bank Arena?

Smoke-Free/Tobacco-Free Campus Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited on the campuses of state-supported institutions of higher education in accordance with Arkansas law, A.C.A. 6-60-801, et. seq., known as the Clean Air on Campus Act. Smoking is defined as inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any of the following: lighted tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, and pipes; and other lighted combustible plant material. Arkansas State University-Jonesboro also bans tobacco use, including smokeless tobacco and all vaping devices including electronic cigarettes. This prohibition covers all buildings and property of Arkansas State University.
